But the 11-year-old Yorkshire Terrier was then stolen by a man.
She has reported the dognapping to the cops and has launched an appeal to get him back.
It happened near her home on Rookery Road, in the Handsworth area of Birmingham, on 5 September.
Aneta said: “Please, whoever has got the dog, please show your heart and give him back.

“Money is no problem, just give him back to me.
“To someone, he is just a dog, but to me, he is everything.
“He is my family, please.
“Show your heart and give back the dog.”
Aneta told Need To Know: “This situation has completely devastated me.

“He is everything to me. I would give my life for my dog.
“Every day I pray he is returned, I miss him so much.
“He has been with us for 11 years and was with us in the most difficult times.
“When my mother died two years ago, he was by my side and suffered with me when I cried.
“Cuddling me and giving me tremendous support.”
The 11-year-old Yorkie has numerous health issues.
Aneta said, “I’m afraid he might die.
“The person who stole him doesn’t know anything about him.
“I’m worried sick that he can’t eat anything.
“He vomits, he has seizures, he falls, and they don’t know.
“I don’t want him to suffer.
“He needs love and family; he will miss us, and I don’t want to live without him.
“He is an old dog, I want to keep him with me until the end.
“He’s not a toy, he’s a living being, how can anyone treat a dog this way?”

Lisa Loops at Muddy Paws Crime has taken on Bombel’s case.
Bombel is microchipped and hasn’t been sighted since the date of his theft.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “We are investigating after a Yorkshire Terrier was stolen from outside a shop on Rookery Road, Handsworth, on the afternoon of 5 September, between 1 pm and 3 pm.
