Detectives believe Taras had been drinking by the pool after his Saturday-night shift.
What happened next remains unclear, with investigators looking at all possibilities, from sudden illness to a tragic accident.
It happened at the Minerva Resort Hotel Paestum in Capaccio, south-east of Naples, Italy, as reported by Need To Know.

No one else at the hotel is thought to have known about the late-night poolside gathering.
Taras had worked seasonally at the hotel and had recently re-enrolled at university.
Friends described him as bright, diligent, and fun-loving without excess.
Heartbroken pal Rosy said: “A polite, sweet boy, never overbearing.”
A post-mortem has been ordered as the investigation continues.
