A bodybuilder allegedly shot a binman dead after getting stuck being a dustcart on his way to the gym.
Renê da Silva Nogueira Júnior was held up as the refuse collectors were on their rounds.
He grew irritated and allegedly shot binman Laudemir de Souza Fernandes, 44, before then threatening the dustcart driver, it is said.

The police then found the businessman working out at his luxury gym and placed him under arrest.
The alleged shooting took place in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on 11 August this year.
This week, the court lifted the confidentiality order put into place at the time to prevent the leaking of information.
The first hearing for the case has been scheduled for 25 and 26 November, as reported by Need To Know.

After the alleged murder, ballistics experts confirmed that the suspected murder weapon belonged to the defendant’s wife, police officer Ana Paula Lamego Balbino.
Renê reportedly confessed to the crime under police questioning in August.
However, defence lawyers argued that his confession should be rejected because he did not have legal representation at the police station at the time.
Judge Ana Carolina Rauen rejected the defence’s request.
The 47-year-old defendant remains in custody at Caeté Prison on charges of aggravated homicide.

Now that the confidentiality order has been lifted, the authorities hope the case will proceed with more transparency, allowing for greater public scrutiny of the next stages of the trial.
The prosecution witnesses will be heard on 25 November.
The following day, the court will hear from the defence witnesses and, if there is time, the defendant himself.
The case continues.
