A reality star and model has died of cancer aged 35.
Kim Sung Chan was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of cancer that originates in the lymphatic system.
He battled the disease for two years.

The model had been undergoing treatment and had periods of remission.
As recently as January this year, he said: “As you can see, I’m recovering well.”
But the cancer returned and he died suddenly last week.
His brother announced his passing on social media last Thursday (6 Nov), as reported by Need To Know.

He said: “My brother Sung Chan, who had been battling illness for over two years, has finally left us.
“We would be grateful if you could offer your warm thoughts and prayers for him.”
The reality star was laid to rest at the Seoul Memorial Park in his home city of Seoul, South Korea, on Saturday (8 Nov).
He made his official debut at the Unbounded AWE collection in 2013, and became a regular participant at Seoul Fashion Week.
Kim found nationwide fame on the fifth season of the hit reality show ‘Korea’s Next Top Model’ in 2014.
After his TV breakthrough, he went on to work with numerous brands, advertisers, and fashion magazines.

In 2019, he modelled the 2020 Spring/Summer YOUSER collection at Milan Fashion Week, marking one of his debut appearances at a major European fashion show.
He was best known for his “understated yet commanding presence”, according to industry insiders.
Kim also appeared in multiple commercials for sports brands, beers and electrical goods.
From 2020, he ran his own YouTube channel where he created lifestyle and fashion content for his online followers.
