Hundreds of families were left fuming after they were trapped in a shopping centre car park for three hours during a colossal traffic meltdown.
Limyaa Fadallah was among the frustrated shoppers stuck in their motors as cars ground to a complete halt on Saturday (15 Nov).
The 40-year-old mum had gone there for its Christmas parade.

But her quick 30-minute outing turned into what she called an “exhausting” nightmare.
Chaos erupted after an obstruction on the M60 sparked tailbacks from junction 12 at Eccles Interchange to junction 10 for the Trafford Centre.
The gridlock left shoppers unable to escape the packed car parks.
Shocking footage filmed by Limyaa showed row after row of motionless cars, with miffed motorists leaning on their horns in sheer frustration.

The Manchester mum got into her car at 2:50 pm – but didn’t reach the M60 until 6:15 pm.
“What should have been a quick stop turned into a three-hour marathon stuck in the car park,” Limyaa told Need To Know.
“It was a pretty exhausting day overall.
“We went to the Christmas parade. We tried to attend a short 30-minute event, but it turned into quite an ordeal.
“We were stuck there for three hours.
“The kids started to get really restless and bored, constantly asking for the bathroom and getting fussy.
“It felt awful, as I didn’t know the cause.
“Of course I will go back to the Trafford Centre, but I won’t go on the weekend and will definitely use public transport.
“It shouldn’t be a single entry and exit to the upper floor of Trafford car park, and there should be more security officers in the car park – especially on the upper floor to organise the traffic.”
