It’s not the first time an angle grinder has been used in the capital to steal a bike.
In June, a crook used one to pinch one outside M&S on Kingsland High Street, Dalston, north London.
Another did the same to cut the lock on an e-bike on Queensway, Paddington, central London, in January.
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
