Hero bystanders intervened to stop an alleged street robber until cops arrived.
A man was pinned down on the ground by onlookers.
A moped was also seen on its side.
The mob of Good Samaritans got involved after witnessing the alleged robbery.
It happened on Camden High Street, Camden, North London.
There was a melee of people under the iconic Camden Lock railway bridge in the aftermath.
It occurred at about 11:40am yesterday (17 Dec), as reported on Need To Know.
Local Fiona Webb hailed the brave folk who got involved.
She said: “Love this.”
Ivan applauded them for stepping into help.
“Lets f*cking go people,” he said.
One claimed: “Where are the lazy police?
It comes following a spate of street robberies across the capital.
There has been a particular rise and crackdown on crooks using e-bikes to steal mobile phones from pedestrians.
But this is the latest example of bystanders having had enough and acting.
It comes after a suspected watch thief was caught by the brave victim and a passerby in posh Margaret Street between Marylebone and Fitzrovia in central London.

It happened on Sunday (14 Dec) at about 3pm.
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
