A woman who has spent £25,500 on intimate surgeries says she has never felt better.
Tracy Kiss frequently makes headlines for her unconventional cosmetic procedures.
The 38-year-old recently revealed she had an eyelid reduction, a Brazilian butt lift, and biohacking – admitting that she has spent over £100,000 over the years on plastic surgery.

Now, the model, from Buckinghamshire, has gone back under the knife again to “renew” her vagina before hitting 40.
This time she has had a labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and stress incontinence surgery.
In total, it cost an eye-watering £25,500 – but Tracy says it is totally worth it and she feels “21 all over again”.
“I feel like a woman reborn, I healed so quickly and my life changed immediately,” Tracy told Need To Know.

“Every mother and woman deserves to heal from childbirth, feel restored and whole once again rather than living with side effects or a lesser quality of life.
“These surgeries are medically necessary to reverse childbirth which should be a choice for all and not simply brushed off as vanity or unnecessary.
“I feel re-born.”
Tracy previously had a labiaplasty but, while intended to be a permanent surgical reduction, the tissue that remained in the labia minora was still active and responsive to bodily changes with time – causing hers to regrow over the past eight years.
Tracy said: “This is the female equivalent of a man being circumcised and his foreskin regrowing.
“A medical miracle you could say!

“The labia minora are delicate and become chaffed and painful if they protrude.
“I found it painful to wear underwear or ride a bike once again, due to their length.
“So my surgeon advised that it could be once again surgically shortened.
“He was able to mark my labia to a suitable length before going in with the surgery.
“I simply wished to be comfortable again – and now I am.”
And while she was there, she also had a vaginoplasty – a surgical procedure that reconstructs and tightens the vagina.
She said: “Whilst I was already having a labiaplasty surgery, it made sense to combine the two procedures, focusing internally and externally.

“These surgeries work hand-in-hand and are often combined for how well they compliment one another for vaginal rejuvenation.
“The ultimate aim of the surgery was to reverse any trauma caused by the natural delivery of my two children.
“I have given birth vaginally twice, without any tears, cuts or stitches required, for which my children are now 13 and 18.
“My surgeon advised that a width of two fingers is most naturally suitable for tightness, so we went with that.”
She then had the surgery done and has since noticed a change in “stretchiness and tightness”.
Tracy said: “The recovery of muscles can take anywhere from a few months to over a year after birth depending on if there have been multiple vaginal deliveries, but I already feel great.

“In my eyes, it’s about feeling happy in your own skin.
“I’ve worked incredibly hard to build a strong and athletic body, to look and feel my very best, and intimate health is just as important as physical and mental health.
“To restore my vagina to it’s pre-pregnancy state, whilst I am having excess labia minora tissue removed, is simply the cherry on the cake.”
Lastly, she got a stress incontinence sling – a surgical treatment, often a synthetic mesh or your own tissue, placed under the urethra to provide support, preventing urine leakage during activities like coughing, laughing, or exercising
Tracy said: “Fortunately I wasn’t affected by stress incontinence after having my two children, as I was in my twenties at the time and performed pelvic floor exercises after birth, which means that I can still jump on trampolines, lift heavy weights and run.
“But I’ve had instances over the past year where I’ve sneezed multiple times with a full bladder, and laughed hysterically at a joke, and felt a small trickle in my underwear.
“And the thought of ever fully wetting myself involuntarily feels incredibly concerning.
“My surgeon explained that it was a minimally invasive surgical procedure which is designed to provide support to the urethra.

“He placed a narrow strip of synthetic mesh tape, which acts like a sling or hammock, underneath the middle part of it.
“And now, I can laugh again.”
Tracy, who travelled to Turkey for the surgeries, says she is fully healed and feels like a new woman.
She added: “I couldn’t be happier – the three procedures are truly transformative.
“These procedures are about restoring function, comfort, and the essence of the soul, thereby allowing a woman to feel whole again, proving that life is absolutely not over for being a mother.
“It is the freedom to live, to feel beautiful, capable, and sensual again, regardless of age or motherhood status.”
PROCEDURE COST BREAKDOWN:
Labiaplasty: £5,500
Vaginoplasty: £12,000
Stress incontinence sling: £8,000
Total: £25,500
Really cool that women have the opportunity to modify their own genitals when they’re full-grown adults. How people can’t force that on them during infancy. That kind of protection must be nice.
