A huge slab of ice is seen falling from a supermarket roof and hitting a woman in the face in horrifying new footage.
The woman’s nasty accident caused a severe head injury that meant she was unable to be moved until medics arrived.
A clip showed the woman wading through the thick snow to approach the store, just as the ice block dislodged and fell from the roof.

The slab bounced off a window sill on the exterior wall and plunged directly towards the woman.
She looked up and raised her hands to protect herself at the last moment, but the large block apparently smashed her in the head.
The victim fell to the ground while holding her face as several onlookers rushed to her aid.
She reportedly sustained a serious head injury outside the supermarket in Ivanteyevka near Moscow, Russia, on 15 Feb.
Helpers were reluctant to move the victim due to the severity of her head injury so they called the emergency services, as reported by Need To Know.
An ambulance transported the victim to a hospital in Moscow for emergency treatment.
There have been no further updates on her current condition.
According to reports, an increasing number of locals have been complaining about the number of hanging icicles and banks of snowdrifts in the area, with council services often slow to respond.
The supermarket accident is being investigated by the Prosecutor General’s Office and Moscow State Housing Inspectorate.
