A brazen daylight raid on a town centre jewellers has been caught on camera – with thugs armed with a chain saw and machete storming the shop.
Dramatic footage shows two helmet-clad men pulling up outside the store on a motorbike at around 11:20am.
One is seen clutching a large chainsaw while the other brandishes a machete.

The machete-wielding raider stands guard as his accomplice fires up the power tool and hacks through the shop window.
Within seconds he reaches inside, grabs a haul of jewellery and stuffs it into a bag before calmly walking back to the waiting bike.
Despite brave efforts by passers-by to stop them, the pair speed off along back roads and vanish.
The terrifying robbery happened in Hoddesdon, Herts, on Monday (2 March), as reported by Need To Know.

A spokesperson for Garnier Jewellers said: “We were sadly the victim of an aggravated robbery.
“The main thing is that no one was physically harmed.
“Everyone is safe, just a bit shaken up by the events.
“Just wanted to say thank you to all those that tried to help and for the huge amount of messages that we received showing concern and support.”
Herts Police said detectives are investigating the robbery at the High Street store.
A force spokesperson added: “Two men on a moped and equipped with a chainsaw and a machete have broken a window at the front of Garnier’s and taken a number of items from a display.
“No one was hurt during the incident, although members of the public who tried to intervene were threatened.
“The men then left the scene on the bike using the back roads off the High Street.
“Officers have recovered the bike and a helmet in Dobbs Weir Road near to the Fish and Eels pub.”
