Mandolyn Shaffer-Brockwell, 37, was detained following the incident.
Video released by police appears to show a woman jumping onto the hood of a white SUV before opening the driver’s door and hitting the person inside.
Authorities also allege she attacked a 68-year-old woman who had stopped to help at the scene.
According to police, the suspect later resisted arrest and bit an officer on the arm while being handcuffed.
Officers said she was eventually taken into custody following the incident which took place on 23 February in Orlando, Florida, reported Need To Know.
Orlando Police Department footage of the incident showed a number of officers attempting to restrain the woman before she appears to bite the wrist of one of them.
She is then seen being bundled into the back of a police cruiser in handcuffs.
The pregnant driver reportedly told cops she had tried to move away from the suspect’s vehicle before the confrontation escalated near Millenia Boulevard and Millenia Plaza Way.
A 911 call from the scene described a woman being assaulted inside her car.
The two victims have not been publicly identified.
