An influencer has been told to pay nearly £15,000 in compensation after fleeing the scene of a car crash.
Bia Miranda and her then boyfriend, influencer Samuel Sant’anna, were in a Porsche that ploughed into another car in August 2025.
Shortly beforehand, they had left a nightclub, where they were allegedly filmed drinking and smoking.

After the smash in São Paulo, Brazil, police tracked Samuel to his flat in Guarulhos, where they found him completely naked.
He refused a breathalyser test and was taken to a police station before being released after giving a statement.
Now, the São Paulo Public Prosecutor’s Office has recommended that Bia, 21, pay 100,000 BRL (£14,800) to the occupants of the car hit by the Porsche.
Prosecutors, on Sunday (12 Apr), accused the influencer of failing to provide assistance after the collision.
They also proposed she pay a further 50,000 BRL (£7,400) to a charity, as reported by Need To Know.
Samuel, known online as Gato Preto, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder.
He was driving the Porsche 911 Convertible that crashed into a car carrying a father and his 20-year-old son.
Prosecutors say he had been drinking and taking drugs at the nightclub before running a red light at high speed and smashing side-on into the car, which had right of way.

They allege he then fled without helping the victims, threatened to hit the younger man – who was left with a fractured jaw – and laughed about the crash.
In April last year, Bia gave birth to Samuel’s daughter.
She also has a toddler son from another relationship, while Samuel has a toddler son with a former partner.
Samuel’s social media posts regularly flaunt flash cars, designer clothes and luxury properties.
The prosecutor’s office must now wait for a court to approve the request.
