The Panamanian model was attending Netflix’s premiere of the new series of Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine, a prequel spin-off to Money Heist, at Las Setas in Seville, Spain.

But the 29-year-old’s ankle twisted on the uneven cobblestones beneath the red carpet, causing her to fall in full view of stunned attendees.

Netflix staff helped the influencer to her feet and she continued on her way, later turning the mishap into a viral moment of body-positive empowerment.
She called the surface a “death trap”, adding: “Especially with me carrying such a heavy load.”
Gracie said: “I arrived looking divine in my giant heels, thinking I was going to strut like a Victoria’s Secret model, but the red carpet was placed over cobblestones.
“I was walking all fabulous, and all of a sudden, bam!
“I twisted my ankle, I fell to the ground, and it shook.
“No, just kidding, it didn’t shake!
“There were quite a few people watching, but you know what the best part is?
“It didn’t bother me as much as it would have before.
“I stood there laughing and told some girls, ‘Well, that’s life’.”
She also reflected on her personal growth: “Before, I feel that would have completely ruined my night.
“I would have thought, ‘Oh no, how embarrassing, how unfortunate’.
“When a woman truly learns to love herself, not even a fall will dull her shine.”
Her clip went viral on Instagram with 3m views and thousands of comments.
