A menacing looking shark has been seen patrolling a British harbour.
The creature was videoed cruising just below the surface in the clear blue waters.
It was around 10-feet-long and appeared in good health.

And although it had a fearsome appearance it was believed to be a plankton-eating basking shark.
It was spotted in Newlyn, Cornwall, by Kieren Faisey, as reported by Need To Know.

The boat skipper said: “It was shark day down at Newlyn harbour.
“The ocean never fails to deliver its magic.”
Viewers were impressed by the shark.
One said: “I have seen these up close a little further up the coast at Penberth Cove, massive and amazing.”

Someone else said: “Amazing – how lucky to see it so close.”
While a third said: “At least it won’t eat you.”
