A desperate fox cub was reunited with its terrified mum after getting its head stuck in a plastic Horlicks jar for hours.
The poor cub had been trapped for hours before being rescued.
A member of the public had watched its mum desperately trying to remove the jar, but without success.

With no way to eat or drink, the cub was in desperate need of help.
Thankfully, staff at the Wildlife Aid charity arrived in time.
A video showed the lucky cub being freed from the deadly predicament, as reported by Need To Know.
It happened in the Leatherhead area of Surrey.

“Luckily, brilliant Wildlife Aid rescuers Mike and Jack arrived on scene.
“While the mum was away from the cub they quickly grabbed it and attempted to remove the jar.
“It was stuck fast.
“The only way to remove it was to cut it off.
“Thankfully, they managed to cut the fox cub free.
“He was a little dazed but remarkably, had no injuries.
“Before mum returned, they quickly got him back to the garden and watched him scamper off to tell her the story.”
