The most serious incident saw a traffic light topple onto a supporter after Argentina fans climbed on to the structure.
The metal pole gave way at the intersection of Luro and Hipólito Yrigoyen streets in Mar del Plata at around 8pm, as reported by Need To Know.
Witnesses said several supporters had climbed onto the traffic light before its base buckled and it crashed to the ground, striking one of the fans below.
Paramedics from the Emergency Medical Assistance System (EMAS) treated the injured man at the scene before taking him by ambulance to a medical centre for further checks.
As emergency crews arrived, supporters formed a human chain to clear a path through the crowd so medics could reach the casualty.
Civil Defence, the Red Cross and the Municipal Patrol also responded, placing barriers on the pavement and directing traffic to allow ambulances through.
Minutes earlier, another fan had fallen several metres after climbing the San Martín monument during the celebrations.
He was taken by SAME to the Interzonal Hospital, where he was admitted conscious and in a stable condition, according to officials.
A third supporter was also injured nearby on San Luis Street, between Luro and San Martín, after being struck on the head by a bottle.
Red Cross personnel treated him at the scene and he did not require hospital treatment.
The incidents unfolded as thousands of fans packed the streets of Mar del Plata to celebrate Argentina’s victory over England and qualification for the World Cup final.
Images and videos of the celebrations quickly spread on social media.
Local authorities praised the rapid response of emergency and security teams and urged fans to take care at large public gatherings to avoid similar accidents.
