A trailer packed with fireworks erupted into flames, triggering a chaotic roadside spectacle as rockets fired across multiple lanes and lit up the night sky.
The dramatic incident unfolded on Saturday (Jun 6) after a vehicle fire escalated when fireworks inside the trailer ignited, sending explosive bursts in different directions and endangering passing drivers.
Motorists were left stunned as fireworks screamed across the roadway, with flashes of light visible for miles as the blaze intensified.

Authorities were forced to shut down traffic in both directions while firefighters worked to bring the situation under control and extinguish the fire, as reported by Need To Know.
Emergency crews from Chattanooga Fire, Tri-Comm, and law enforcement were deployed to tackle the blaze and secure the area.
Video footage circulating online shows the trailer engulfed in flames on the I-75 northbound, past the Ooltewah exit in Tennessee, as fireworks detonate in rapid succession, creating what witnesses described as an “unexpected roadside display.”
Officials confirmed there were no injuries despite the dramatic scenes and the risk posed to passing vehicles.
Fire crews described a fast-moving and unpredictable situation due to the fireworks continuing to detonate while responders were on scene.

The cause of the fire has not been confirmed and investigations are ongoing.
The incident brought traffic on the interstate to a standstill as emergency teams worked to ensure no further danger to motorists.
Once the fire was fully extinguished, the highway was gradually reopened.
