The star of the German reality shows The 50 and Temptation Island, discussed details of his penis enlargement surgery with his 50,000 Instagram fans.
He shared how he has suffered insecurities about the size of his member for his entire life.
The bodybuilder and fitness coach underwent the procedure in February at a clinic in Darmstadt.

His aim was to increase his erect length from 15cm (5.9 inches) to 20cm (7.9 inches).
He has since reached approximately 18-19cm and is delighted with the results.
In the second episode of his YouTube documentary series, ‘Von A bis viel’, Fabio admitted that he ignored medical advice for six weeks of abstinence.
“I have not stuck to it,” he said.
“I had sex again after just two weeks.
“It just happened, it couldn’t be helped!
“But I can only tell everyone ‘don’t do it’.
“I had really severe pain afterwards.
“Fortunately, the fresh surgical scars did not tear.”
Fabio, who has spoken publicly about lifelong insecurities stemming from comparisons in changing rooms and comments from ex-partners, initially hesitated to look at the results.

He said: “I didn’t dare look down at myself at the beginning.
“But when I saw my huge thing, I was thrilled.”
His girlfriend Lisa, 30, took a photo of the outcome as proof.
Dr Christoph Jethon, 55, who performed the surgery, said he was “very satisfied” with the results.
The doctor said: “We are at 18 centimetres that we achieved through the operation.”
Full achievement of the 20cm target may still be possible if Fabio diligently uses his stretching device and follows aftercare.
The reality star compared post-op instructions to an IKEA manual and admitted forgetting elements such as daily scar massage.
He went public about his operation in early March, framing it as relief from a psychological burden, as reported by Need To Know.

His partner, Lisa, said: “I first wondered how he came up with the idea that it might be necessary.
“But I then took it seriously because he told me he was suffering psychologically from it.”
Fabio continues to document his recovery and results openly, encouraging others to consider the full implications of such procedures.
Medical professionals stress that penis enlargement carries risks and requires strict compliance with recovery protocols to avoid complications.
