A streamer has sparked outrage after appearing to sneak into the home end wearing a Mexico shirt – before swapping into an England jersey to celebrate the Three Lions‘ victory at the last minute.
The viral clip, which has racked up thousands of views on social media, showed content creator Marlon blending in with Mexico supporters inside the stadium.
But as the final whistle blew, he appeared to change allegiance.

Moments after England sealed the win, Marlon removed his green Mexico shirt to reveal an England top underneath, before joining jubilant Three Lions fans in celebrating the result, as reported by Need To Know.
The video has since spread widely across social media, with the stunt dividing football fans over whether it was a harmless joke or went too far.
Another person added: “Bro switched sides faster than a free agent after the final whistle.”
One person said: That’s elite bandwagoning.”

Another football supporter said: “These are the ones you throw beers at. Not loyal fans of the game.”
One worried viewer added: “He’s gonna get himself killed and I’m not even joking.”

Marlon is a popular online streamer who regularly posts football-related content across social media, often filming match-day experiences and fan interactions.
It is unclear whether stadium security was aware of the shirt swap during the post-match celebrations or whether he faced any action after the incident.
Earlier this year, Marlon also featured in the hugely popular Sidemen Charity Match, appearing alongside some of YouTube’s biggest creators in the sold-out fundraiser.
