A seven-year-old girl was found alone after her mum allegedly told her to wait in a park and never returned.
The youngster, identified as Nicté, is said to have gathered her toys before walking to a nearby taxi rank to ask for help.
Concerned locals alerted the authorities, who found the child safe but alone.

The incident happened in the Álvaro Obregón district of Mexico City, Mexico.
According to initial reports, Nicté told officers her mother had taken her to a park and asked her to wait while she carried out an activity, as reported by Need To Know.
When her mum failed to return, the girl picked up her belongings and walked to a nearby taxi base.
People who helped the child told local media she was carrying a bucket of toys marked with the name “Mateo” and a packet of gummy sweets.
Paramedics attended the scene and assessed the youngster.
They found she was clinically stable and did not require hospital treatment.
After waiting at the scene for around two hours, the girl was placed into the care of officers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security.
She was later taken to the relevant ministerial authority while investigations continue.
Authorities are now working to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and determine what action should be taken to ensure the child’s safety.
The alert was reportedly raised through a neighbourhood chat group, prompting officers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security and the General Directorate of Citizen Security to respond.
