A large group of Chinese travellers has been slammed for jumping the queue at a major airport.

Shocking footage showed dozens of passengers ducking under barriers to charge at the check-in desks.

They apparently pushed heavy trolleys past retractable belts arranged in zigzag patterns in a desperate dash to be served first.

Airport staff members were even injured in the frantic surge.

As they guided the crowd, they were reportedly barged aside and left with bruises and abrasions.

The chaos erupted at Incheon International Airport in South Korea.

Some viewers initially thought the wild footage was AI-generated.

Korean media quickly confirmed the passengers were Chinese nationals.

It was one of at least five similar incidents reported in July alone.

Many of the travellers involved are believed to be daigou traders buying duty-free goods in bulk.

Airport bosses blamed the surge on airlines switching to bigger planes on China routes, adding around 100 extra seats per flight and fuelling the rush.”

The airport stressed the incidents had nothing to do with visa-free arrival policies.

Incheon International Airport Corporation has vowed firm action to restore order.

Officials plan two-tier barriers, plastic partitions, and extra staff at check-in areas, as reported by Need To Know.

Digital signs will warn: “No boarding if safety is threatened.”

A spokesman said: “This was a clear act of queue-jumping… We will cooperate with airlines to ensure passenger safety.”

The viral clips have highlighted growing tensions at one of the world’s busiest hubs serving China routes.
