Chaotic footage shows water surging through a building, spilling from one floor to the next.
An Anytime Fitness gym can be seen surrounded by floodwater, which rises almost halfway up its entrance doors.

Lights remain on inside as the torrent continues to gush through the building, as reported by Need To Know.
Nagoya, in Japan, was battered by torrential rain on Tuesday (2 September), with around 104mm falling in just one hour.
The Japan Meteorological Agency issued its highest Level 5 flood warning for the Shonai River, which runs through Gifu and Aichi prefectures.
Roads, railway tracks and other infrastructure were left submerged as the downpour caused widespread flooding.
Authorities urged residents in parts of Nagoya’s Chikusa, Moriyama and Meito wards to take immediate action to protect themselves.
Around 2,700 people also sought refuge in evacuation shelters.
The severe weather even disrupted preparations for the Asian Games, with rainwater reportedly leaking into several venues ahead of the opening on 19 September.
