A bride-to-be has died after secretly undergoing liposuction just months before her wedding.
Dulce María, 35, told her partner she was going to have treatment for uterine fibroids.
But he later discovered she had actually undergone cosmetic surgery in an apparent bid to look her best for their wedding in December.

Dulce María died after the procedure at a converted house in Mexico City, Mexico, on 11 September, as reported by Need To Know.
A death certificate reportedly listed brain swelling and fluid on the lungs as the cause of death.
Prosecutors have since opened an investigation into suspected negligent homicide and other alleged offences.
Dulce María had found Pink Glow Clinic on social media and paid around £3,300 up front following a consultation on 27 August.
She reportedly fasted for almost 18 hours before undergoing the procedure.
However, the operation was not carried out at the address where she had attended her consultation.
Relatives said the building where the surgery took place appeared to be a house and had no clinic sign outside.
Dulce María arrived at around 1pm before her family was urgently contacted at about 3:30pm.
A doctor reportedly told relatives she had suffered heavy blood loss before going into cardiorespiratory arrest.
Her partner Emir Kaleb said a staff member emerged with Dulce María’s belongings around three hours after she went inside and told him to call an ambulance.
He claimed staff were attempting to resuscitate her with oxygen and chest compressions but did not appear to have appropriate emergency equipment.
Forensic officers removed Dulce María’s body after 7pm and the premises were sealed.
A subsequent report said an arrest warrant had been issued for an unnamed person alleged to have treated her.
The person’s identity has not been released and there has been no confirmed arrest.
Dulce María’s sister said she later noticed needle marks beneath her ribs and on her buttocks, as reported by Need To Know.
The marks have not been officially explained.
Her family also claimed Dulce María had expressed concerns that the clinic did not have a blood bank.
They further alleged a doctor had been “very rough” during a pre-operative resistance test involving cannulas and needle jabs.
Dulce María’s son Didier González paid tribute to his mother, describing her as a “warrior”.
The clinic later removed its social media posts.
The investigation continues.
