UFC star Sean Strickland has revealed his gruesome injuries after surviving a horror high-speed crash in which he claims his vehicle rolled six times.
The 35-year-old said his head smashed into the ground after the off-road vehicle overturned while travelling at around 60mph.
Strickland admitted he was not wearing a helmet at the time, as reported by Need To Know.

Shocking footage shared afterwards shows the fighter with a bloody graze across his head and nasty scrapes covering his shoulder and upper body.
His friend Chris Cornell, who Strickland said was driving, was taken to hospital following the terrifying smash.
Strickland told his followers: “Guys, I’m in a real bad place.
“I let my buddy drive; he rolled us going like 60.
“We rolled like six times.
“That was from my head smacking the ground going 60.
“I didn’t have a helmet on. I’m an idiot.
“That was just from rolling and smacking the concrete or the dirt.”
The American fighter initially said he planned to lie down following the crash.
But he later returned to social media and said he believed he was OK, despite feeling “a little concussed”.
He said: “think I’m OK, Chris is in the hospital, but I think he’s going to be alright.
“It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time.
“My shoulder’s a little sore.”
Strickland stressed that he had been a passenger when the vehicle overturned.
He added: “I was not driving. I was not in control of the vehicle.
“When we rolled, it wasn’t my fault.”
Strickland said Cornell had lost consciousness following the accident.
He later shared a picture of his pal giving a thumbs-up from a hospital bed alongside an X-ray showing a broken bone.
It is not clear whether Strickland himself went to hospital.
The crash happened on Monday (21 Sep) night while he was spending time with friends.
Strickland lives in Las Vegas and footage posted shortly before the accident showed him in the desert preparing to go riding.
Despite the dramatic smash, he suggested he planned to return to training almost immediately.
Strickland said: “I’m good, bro, I’m sparring tomorrow.
“I’m a little concussed.”
Strickland is the current UFC middleweight champion after reclaiming the belt from Khamzat Chimaev in May.
He had already been recovering from a shoulder injury sustained during that fight and previously said he needed more time to recover before returning to the Octagon.
It is not yet clear whether the crash will affect his next fight.
