Now the police are looking into the mother’s death as they try to understand the circumstances around it.
The appeal was launched by Hertfordshire Constabulary on Wednesday (21 Oct) as reported by Need To Know.

Kelsey died on 28 Sep, after the police were called to an address in Ashby Road, Watford, by the ambulance service.
The call was made around 1:40am following concerns for her welfare when she became unresponsive.
Despite her death not being treated as ‘suspicious’, the police are looking for information on the days that led up to her death.

Tom Hassell Detective Inspector said: “First and foremost, our thoughts remain with Kelsey and those who knew her at this incredibly difficult time.
“Understandably, we want to make sure we are giving them all the answers they need.
“We’re asking anyone who saw or spoke to Kelsey in the days leading up to her death, from Friday 18 September onwards, to please get in touch.

“Or if you have any other information which you think may be of importance, please contact us.”
Her family have requested that their privacy be respected during this time.
Since Kelsey’s death, heartbroken tributes have poured in from loved ones.
One friend wrote: “Can not believe this I’m going to miss you so much. RIP my gorgeous girl love you always.”
