Story from Jam Press (BBC Card) Pictured: The holiday card with Maryam Moshiri on with her middle finger up. Company releases holiday card of BBC's Maryam Moshiri viral middle finger moment A company has released a Christmas card of BBC’s Maryam Moshiri’s now-infamous middle finger moment. The £3.50 festive buy shows a cartoon sketch of the 46-year-old flipping the bird with ‘Merry Christmas’ draped across it. The BBC presenter went viral earlier this month after accidentally flashing her middle finger on air. She was getting ready to deliver the day’s headlines while joking with colleagues behind the camera. As the BBC News show went live, Maryam could be seen flashing her middle finger to the camera. She seamlessly put her hand down and delivered the news as usual, keeping a straight face. And now the infamous moment has been etched on an A5 greetings card. The listing reads: “Why settle for dull holiday wishes when you can spice things up with Maryam Moshiri’s middle finger flair? “Our Christmas card takes tradition and flips it on its head, offering a playful and unexpected way to send season greetings. “It’s the kind of card that says, ‘I see your tinsel, and I raise you a middle finger’.” Jam Press has contacted Filth Nugget for comment. Maryam herself also addressed the incident on Twitter. “So someone released the full video !” she wrote. “It wasn’t the BBC who released this and it certainly wasn’t me! “But in a way, I think I’m glad this is out there, as it shows I WAS having a bit of a joke with the crew during the countdown. “Again, so sorry it went out on air. “It was meant to be a private laugh.” ENDS
