A three-bedroom house is selling for just £40,000 but appears to have blood stains on the walls.
The mid-terrace appears as though it needs some TLC from the outside.
The paint is peeling off the window sills and the garden is full of weeds.
The lounge is bare with no carpet on the floor, the fireplace has been taken out and the walls are damaged.
The kitchen has grubby cabinets and floor and broken windows.
But the living room has red marks splattered on the wall and there is a ‘Do not use’ sign on the boiler.
Upstairs there is the same warning tape over the taps on the sink.
But there is also a red handprint on the wall above it.
It is being auctioned off by McHugh & Co. estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
The house is in Orrell Lane, Liverpool.
It is just a stone’s throw from Liverpool’s Anfield stadium.
The property listing makes no mention of the spatters and marks on the wall.
But it does state it is “requiring modernisation.”
One home hunter said: “This house is like a crime scene.
“With what looks like a bloody handprint on the wall.
“It’s only £40,000 but that still seems expensive.”
It goes under the hammer next Wednesday (14 Feb) with that given as the guide price.
The listing reads: “For sale by online auction, terrace house, three bedrooms.
“Six-week completion or earlier.
“Requiring modernisation.”
“Situated on Orrell Lane, close to local shopping and travelling facilities including Walton and Rice Lane Train Stations.
“Walton Hall Park is also nearby.”
