A social media star has revealed how surgeons cut her open and scraped out bum filler after it left her with serious health problems.
Danla Bilic recently underwent her NINTH operation in a gruelling six-hour procedure, which she described as her “last bullet” in the fight to recover.
The Turkish influencer said doctors made an extensive incision to remove Aquafilling filler, which she had previously revealed had spread through her body.

Sharing details of the procedure, she said: “They cut me open from one side of my lower back to the other and scraped out the filler.”
Danla, 32, is now continuing her treatment at home, but warned that her recovery would take time because of the extent of the surgery.
She said the past four months had been particularly painful, admitting she had repeatedly downplayed her symptoms.
“I have a high pain threshold, but that’s nothing to be proud of,” she said.
“The biggest harm you can do to yourself is to underestimate your illness.”
The influencer recalled suffering a fever of 40°C (104°F) and crawling around the floor of her home, yet still insisting there was nothing wrong with her.
Despite the ordeal, she remains optimistic about her recovery and stressed that her condition was not life-threatening.
The experience has also made her appreciate everyday comforts she previously took for granted, as reported by Need To Know.
“I now understand the value of everything, including being able to sleep comfortably and turn onto my side,” she said.
“I’m so excited about my new life. I hope I recover as soon as possible. I’m so fed up; it’s taking a toll on my mental health.”
Danla, whose real name is Neslihan Damla Aktepe, rose to fame through make-up videos on YouTube.
She launched her channel in late 2016 before expanding into vlogs and other online content.
She later launched her own make-up products and collaborated with well-known names in the Turkish entertainment industry.
