The two men then squared up to each other near a parked car with its driver door open and headlights on.
Punches were then thrown with the taller man appearing to hit the shorter man.
An onlooker filmed the shocking scenes on their mobile phone.
The two men continued to shout at each other?
The shorter man with the helmet could then be heard shouting: “He’s trying to hurt me, he’s trying to hurt me.”
The taller one then said: “Chill, chill out” before getting into the car.
The shorter man with the helmet then shouted: “I’m not going, I’m not going” before crouching down in front of the motor.
He grabbed the front of the vehicle in an attempt to stop it leaving.
But the car then rapidly accelerated away, knocking the man with the helmet into another parked car.
He then angrily threw his helmet at the fleeing car before running to retrieve it.
The person recording the video could be heard saying: “Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.”
It happened on Sunday (16 Mar) evening in Glendower Place, South Kensington, west London as reported by Need To Know.

Average house prices in the street are £1.6m.
One local said: “This is not even funny.

“London is finished.”
Reece added: “Lovely place London.”
While Rob said: “There’s always drama down there in that street.”
Another added: “Seriously where is law and order?”
