A man who allegedly assaulted 10 women in a British holiday hotspot has been arrested.
The 42-year-old man, who has not been named, is accused of targeting women between the ages of 18 and 52.
According to police, he approached each of his victims from behind in areas near to their homes.

He allegedly assaulted the same person on two separate occasions.
The National Police announced in a video shared on Saturday (14 June) that a man had been detained in connection with the crimes.
In the clip, which has attracted 134,000 views, the suspect can be seen being guided by police in handcuffs.
He was arrested in Petrer, a town and municipality in Alicante, Spain, and was identified as part of a multidisciplinary investigation.
Agents of the Judicial Police, the Scientific Police, and the Behavioral Analysis Section worked together to catch the suspect.
The alleged sexual assaults took place between 2017 and 2025.
Women were allegedly attacked in the towns of Petrer and Elda, also in Alicante.
The investigation began in 2017 after several complaints of sexual assault were made, as reported by Need To Know.
The final report of sexual assault was made in May 2025.
In all cases, the aggressor approached the victims at night or at dawn.
Police initially had scarce information to go on but the investigation finally managed to identify a clear pattern.
Officers were able to obtain more evidence and it was possible to pin the suspect to a specific area.
A search was eventually carried out at the suspect’s home.
Police reportedly found elements which linked him to the sexual assaults.
In addition, the analysis of DNA samples collected throughout the investigation have confirmed the man’s alleged involvement, according to the force.
Local press has reported that the man has been charged with a total of 11 sexual assaults against 10 different victims.
The detainee is currently at the disposal of a court in Elda.
