An angry resident gota stiff fine after highlighting a pothole with a giant willy graffiti.
The dent in the tarmac, just a stone’s throw from Ricky Navarro’s home, had been bothering him – and other locals – for years.
Their repeated pleas to local authorities to fill it in had fallen on deaf ears.

Sitting smack in the middle of a zebra crossing, the pothole posed a hazard for both drivers and pedestrians.
Ricky, 49, eventually lost patience with the inaction and decided to take matters into his own hands.
Armed with a can of red spray paint, he drew a large penis around the crater in Málaga, Spain.
Unfortunately for him, local police happened to pass by while he was filming his handiwork and caught him red-handed.
The officers, who “were very nice”, fined him £216 (€250) for painting on public property without permission.
“The first graffiti of my life, and I got caught,” he later lamented to local media.
Ricky painted around the pothole after finishing work last Monday (8 Sept), as reported by Need To Know.
“I’d had a rough day,” he said, “so I went to MediaMarkt and bought an €8.50 spray to highlight the pothole – hoping they’d finally fix it.
“I’d been thinking about it for a while. I always saw it there, it never got fixed, and it kept getting bigger.”
He chose a phallus after being inspired by Wanksy, the anonymous street artist from Greater Manchester.
Incredibly, the pothole was repaired – and the graffiti removed – just 48 hours later.
“I’m a biker,” he explained. “I have a Harley, and I know the danger potholes pose. A friend lost a leg because of one.
“That’s why I decided to do something.”
