A lucky man survived a 30ft fall from a balcony with his horror plunge caught on CCTV.
The 25-year-old – named only as Nazir – sustained serious injuries, including a fractured leg.
He fell from the second floor of a commercial building while holding a water bottle.

He lost his balance and toppled over the edge.
Nazir had been working on the upper level of a building that houses a textile shop and a food stall.
Fortunately, his fall was partially cushioned by a scooter parked directly below.
It likely prevented more severe head trauma in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, as reported on Need To Know.
He was immediately taken for medical treatment and is currently recovering from his injuries.
The CCTV clip has sparked renewed concern over unsafe infrastructure in densely populated areas of Jodhpur.
Many buildings feature exposed balconies, narrow corridors, and deteriorating structures, increasing the risk of accidents for workers and residents alike.
Local residents and safety advocates are urging authorities to inspect older buildings and enforce stricter safety measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
It happened on 9 September, but the footage has only just come to light.
