A “Human Barbie” influencer has been found dead in a solicitor’s townhouse with mystery injuries that have left police baffled.
Bárbara Jankavski Marquez was discovered lying on her back wearing only underwear inside the taxpayer-funded lawyer’s home.
Police said the 31-year-old had an eye injury and marks on her back, and have launched a suspicious death investigation.

They are waiting for post-mortem and toxicology results.
The legal aid solicitor told officers he had hired Bárbara for “sexual services” after she arrived in the early hours – and that they took drugs together before watching TV.
He claimed she began coughing repeatedly before falling asleep beside him.

When he realised she wasn’t breathing, he performed CPR for nine minutes and called for help on Sunday night (2 Nov).
A 43-year-old woman, said to be a friend of the solicitor, told police Bárbara had “slipped and fallen” at around 4 am, which could explain her visible facial injury.
The influencer was found dead later that day at the home in the Lapa district of São Paulo, Brazil, as reported by Need To Know.
Known online as the “Inhuman Doll”, Bárbara had hundreds of thousands of followers and became famous for her extreme plastic surgeries.

She spent more than £42,000 on 27 procedures, including multiple nose jobs, implants, and liposuction.
She was branded the “Human Barbie” by local media and starred in a Burger King ad campaign in 2024.
Police have confirmed she suffered a “sudden death with no apparent cause.”
The investigation continues.
