A day-tripper suffered a spinal fracture after a nasty fall from a tour boat in rough seas.
Horrifying footage shows the boat pitching in the choppy shallows as passengers try to disembark.
Just as two men are helping one woman down from the bow, a sudden swell throws her off the vessel.

She hits the sand with a thud, bending at a sickening angle as she lands back-first.
Bystanders tended to her on the beach before she was rushed to a medical centre, where she is receiving specialised care and doctors are assessing the extent of her injuries.
Local reports say she fractured her spine.
The incident happened on Johnny Cay, a small coral islet off Colombia’s San Andrés island in the Caribbean, as reported by Need To Know.
The footage was shared online by Andrés Ramírez, who identified himself as the woman’s brother, on Saturday (7 Feb).
He also shared a message he received from two doctors who were visiting the island as tourists.
“We had to improvise a cervical collar and strap her to a rigid board, since there were no medical supplies or equipment to handle any kind of trauma or emergency,” they said.
“The worst part is that the coast guard never showed up, and nor did any other helpers.
“We had to load her onto a boat while still strapped to the board and just pray she didn’t move during the transfer. Truly shameful.”
The boat had reportedly been authorised by the General Maritime Directorate, despite heavy rain and strong winds at the time.
Outrage was swift online.
Catalina wrote: “How can one of San Andrés’ top tourist spots have no proper management or dock?”

Sandra added: “No one should end up like this. Shame on San Andrés for allowing boats to leave in these conditions!”

No official statement had been issued at the time of reporting.
