An unlucky driver had his finger severed after opening his car door into the side of a passing bus.
Shocking CCTV footage shows the car parked at the side of the road as a bus pulls up alongside it on the morning of 12 February.
As the unsuspecting motorist steps out, his hand is caught between the edge of the door and the side of the bus.

The clip captures the car jolting violently on impact.
The force of the collision sliced off the man’s finger, which fell onto the tarmac in Manaus, Brazil.
Disturbing footage shows a passerby picking up the amputated digit in a paper towel from beneath the bus.
The injured man, whose identity has not been released, was rushed to a local hospital, as reported by Need To Know.
Public transport company Sinetram later issued a statement saying: “We deeply regret what happened and offer our support to the person involved, emphasising the importance of everyone – drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists, and pedestrians – being attentive and respecting traffic rules to ensure public safety.”
The grim accident came just two days after another horror incident in Manaus, where a man lost his arm after becoming trapped between two minibuses reportedly involved in a street race.
Locals reacted with alarm online.
One person wrote: “It’s becoming a trend now – amputations on public transport.”

Another added: “Mirrors are there to watch for traffic behind you. I think the driver was wrong to get out of the car without paying attention.”
