A masked driver has been caught on camera brazenly dumping a full tipper truck of rubbish in broad daylight in one of Britain’s most blighted areas.
Shocking CCTV footage, filmed at 11:45am, shows the moment the man calmly pulls up before unloading the waste across a road.
The clip shows the driver, wearing a grey top, stepping out of the vehicle, opening the rear doors and tipping its contents straight onto the street.

The load appeared to be building material.
He then drove off with the back of the truck still raised.
The vehicle’s number plates had been covered up.
The incident happened in Chingford, Essex, on Monday (23 March), as reported by Need To Know.
A resident who captured the footage said: “Just captured the footage on my window camera.
“The plates had been removed prior to entering the close and the driver appeared to be wearing a balaclava.
“It’s been reported and some workers checked to see if any addresses were on any of the boxes.
“Unfortunately there wasn’t.”
The area has become a hotspot for fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour.
In January, a horse rider was left furious after her route to stables at nearby High Beach was blocked by a huge pile of dumped waste.

The mountain of rubbish included beds, mattresses, rubble and black bin bags.
It was stacked around 6ft high and 10ft wide across the road.
This week, Chingford MP Iain Duncan Smith launched a campaign calling for a dedicated police task force to tackle anti-social behaviour in the town.
