Police have urged anyone with information to come forward, warning against commenting on viral footage online as it could “hinder” the investigation.
Detective Inspector Edward Barr said: “This would have been a shocking incident to witness, carried out in full view of members of the public nearby, including children.

“We are gathering all available evidence and want to speak to anyone who saw what happened, or has since received information.
“Two men are in custody and we are working hard to establish the timeline of this incident.
“We are aware of social media video of the incident and I would urge people with information not to comment on such channels, but come into us directly so as not to hinder the investigation.”
Jam Press has approached David Lloyd for comment.
