A company is offering its employees masturbation breaks during work hours and has ordered custom-built “w**k pods” so they can “rub one out” in peace.
The pods, which are currently being built, come kitted out with “masturbatory accessories” for the ultimate self-play experience in VR, complete with an Oculus Quest VR headset and 4K LED screen to watch the X-rated films.
There’s also lotion, lube and tissues, of course.
The unusual work perk has been introduced by Stripchat, an adult website and social network, which has 200 employees – all of whom will get a 30-minute break to masturbate during work hours.
The pods, designed in the shape of large black spheres with a chair inside for the user to sit back and relax in, will be installed in the brand’s office in Cyprus, with four in total.
The company said it aims to “provide current and attract new employees with a safe, comfortable space to rub one out”.

Stripchat is also offering to lease out its pods to other companies for up to $50,000 for six months, including adding a VIP subscription to its platform.
The VR film experience will feature adult models such as Lindsey Banks, Alleyezonbri and Afina.
