Two street musicians ended up having a busking barney over the best spot to sing.
Ami Alex was preparing to start performing when a rival said it was “unfair” that she had the best location.
Although it cannot be seen in the video, the male busker then proceeds to set up his equipment across from her.
He then proceeds to taunt Ami alongside his friend but she stands her ground and refuses to move pitches.
The video has gone viral on TikTok with 2.8 million views.

In the footage, filmed in York, Ami politely said: “I’ve got money to make, I’ve got hotels to pay for.”
To which he responds: “So has everyone.”
His friend then decides to wade in adding: “These guys work here over the summer and almost everyday of the year.”
Ami, 23, responds: “Personally, I would never go up to another busker and ask for their spot.”
To which, the male musician said: “Well you should.
“Kind of selfish really.”
Both men continue to use their tactics to demand the spot, which Ami suggests they won’t be happy until they get what they want.
Ami added: “You’re not going to convince me or bully me out of the spot.
“I’m more than happy to give you my details so I can message you when I’m done and out of the spot.”

Ami has revealed this is not her first dispute while busking in the posh city, where she is from.
She said “The dispute went on for 20 to 30 mins and was ultimately resolved when they realised that I was not going to move.
“I told them that I was happy to give them my details and contact them when I was finished so they could come and take the busking spot.
“I do run into disputes of different natures everywhere I busk, however, the York busking scene is by far the most intimidating in my opinion.
“I never have people demanding spots anywhere else.
“It’s a shame because the city is beautiful and the York residents are the loveliest people.
“I’m not sure why it’s such an issue in York.
“The only thing I could assume is that it’s a very profitable and popular place for busking & so the regular performers are very protective over it and their income.”

TikTok users were quick to praise Ami for resisting moving.
Simon Weaver said: “Just embarrassing that two men try to bully a young woman on her own. They need to take a long look in the mirror.”
Stephen Moore agreed, adding: “That was pure misogynistic intimidation and bullying, really horrible to watch, but you handled it amazingly.”
Mae Hill said: “First come first serve, literally the first rule of busking.”
