A pastry-loving couple celebrated their big day with an unconventional twist – a wedding cake made entirely from Greggs vegan sausage rolls.
The newlyweds turned their noses up to the standard white frosting centrepiece – and instead opted for a celebratory stack of the popular High Street snack.
The jenga-styled cake was decorated with flowers in keeping with the occasion.

Guest Julia from Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, gushed at the unconventional wedding centrepiece.
She said: “For my friends’ wedding, instead of a wedding cake, they opted for a carefully constructed stack of Greggs vegan sausage rolls and it’s iconic.”
The high street bakery giant gave the cake a thumbs up.
A Greggs spokesperson said: “We love this.
“Congratulations to the newlyweds.”

Other sausage roll fans lapped up the quirky cake.
Dave Morton said: “Are the happy couple from Wigan by any chance?”
Dr Jo Szram joked: “That’s why they had sold out when I went in today then.”
Kenny Edwards said: “It’s a Greggs Croquembouche.
“Top class wedding fayre.”
Hazel McPhillips said: “That’s amazing.”
Tony quipped: “They just had to tell everyone they were vegan.”
Greggs launched its vegan sausage roll in January 2019.
