A man has left TikTok users in shock after revealing the moment he noticed his doctor googling a tutorial before his hospital procedure.
Joshua Bulman, 27, was in the hospital after suffering a bad sprain and a small fracture in his lower leg from a skateboarding incident.
When he arrived at the hospital, he was in an immense amount of pain — leaving his leg in the hands of his doctor.

But little did he know what would come next, sharing a video of the shocking moment on TikTok where he gathered over 1.4 million views.
“I was in my hospital bed when I looked over and saw the doctor watching a video on how to wrap an ankle and leg,” Joshua, a church youth pastor from Colorado, US, told NeedToKnow.co.uk
“I just started laughing!
“It didn’t bother me or make me nervous, we all need refreshers on how to do things in our jobs, so I saw this as normal.
“If anything, it actually took my mind off of the pain and injury in a good way.
“I needed a little laugh and I’m thankful for that moment, this doctor was simply doing her job.”
In a video shared to his TikTok (@josh_bulman), Joshua can be seen lying on a hospital bed, before switching to his front camera, and zooming in on the doctor’s desk.

There, the doctor can be seen watching a tutorial video on how to wrap a leg and ankle.
He then switches the camera back to him, smiles, and says: “Okay.”
The clip was captioned: “POV: My Dr watching a video on how to wrap an ankle before she wraps my ankle”, and gained 157,800 likes as well as over 5,200 comments from shocked users.
Hope commented: “I would have fainted, yikes.”
Tiffie added: “And she [the doctor] looks so stressed too.”
Someone else said: “Her putting her head down like ‘damn I really gotta do this now’ is the highlight.”
Ossan joked: “DIY bro.”
Another user said: “Run!! I mean… limp outta there!!” [sic]

Despite these reactions, some supported the Doctor’s decision to watch a tutorial.
“I’m in medicine and trust me, you want them looking up the refresher,” wrote Lawrence.
“I’m a nurse and I do it all the damn time,” said Jill.
“We are humans, not robots,” commented someone else.
“I’d rather a doc watch a vid to be more confident before doing it!!!” added Joe. [sic]
Joshua said: “I’m bummed about my leg, but it’s slowly healing.
“And the doctor did a great job helping me.
“As I reflect on that moment, I guess I walk away with the best scenario.
“I was helped, and got a funny video out of it!”
