But she said she can’t bear to let him cry himself to sleep.
Carrie said: “Frankie is over six months now and still sleeping in our room.
“Waking up every couple of hours for a feed.
“He’s obviously still very little but it would be nice to get a tiny bit of sleep soon.
“At the moment I usually get him to sleep by feeding him and him falling asleep on me.
“Rather than him being able to settle himself in his cot.”
She added: “Has anyone got any good sleep advice that doesn’t involve the ‘crying out’ method?
“It just breaks my heart too much.”
Ex-Prime Minister Boris, 59 – also parents to Wilfred, three, and Romy, two – wed in May 2021.

NHS advice is for newborns to sleep in their parent’s room for six months.
A spokesperson said: “For the first six months your baby should be in the same room as you when they’re asleep, both day and night.
“This can reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

“Particularly in the early weeks, you may find your baby only falls asleep in your or your partner’s arms, or when you’re standing by the cot.
“You can start getting your baby used to going to sleep without you comforting them by putting them down before they fall asleep or when they’ve just finished a feed.
“It may be easier to do this once your baby starts to stay alert more frequently or for longer.”
