A 13-year-old girl and her boyfriend have been arrested after a woman’s body was found in a fly-tipped fridge.
The horror was discovered yesterday (5 Mar) morning after a courier became suspicious and called the police.
He’d been hired to take furniture to the couple’s new address.

But the boyfriend’s dad had allegedly told him to dump the fridge in an area of woodland.
The courier was puzzled because the fridge seemed in perfect condition.
When officers arrived on the scene in Maceió, northeast of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, they opened the appliance and found a woman’s body wrapped in a sheet.
The victim was 43-years-old.
The police first arrested the boyfriend’s dad on suspicion of concealment of a corpse.
Hours later, they arrested the teenage girl on suspicion of murder.
After spending all day searching for him, they finally tracked her boyfriend down to his relatives’ house.
They arrested the 22-year-old that night who is also accused of murder.
Police chief Thiago Prado said: “We identified approximately 20 stab wounds in the head, neck, and chest area, which was enough to cause her death.”
The young couple allegedly kept the victim’s body in the fridge in her house for four days.
In the meantime, the girl sent messages from the woman’s phone pretending to be her to make it seem like nothing had happened.
The police chief said: “She mentioned at her workplace that she wouldn’t be coming to work because she was feeling unwell and had a doctor’s note.”
The investigation continues.
