Tense footage shows how a group of heroes saved a seven-month-old baby as she dangled over a deadly drop.
The video, filmed from a building across the street, opens with the infant girl lying belly-down on the ledge.
Her little legs dangle over the void as neighbours look on panickedly.

A group of locals can be seen stretching a sheet above the hard ground below to catch the tot if she falls.
Another person then arrives with a larger sheet, which is stretched taut over the fall zone in Chennai, India.
A couple of men climb out of the window directly below the little girl on Sunday (28 Apr).
One, in a white vest top, balances precariously on a narrow railing as a man in a yellow t-shirt and others inside the flat secure him.
At full stretch, he manages to grab onto the tot, as reported on Need to Know.
He pulls her even closer to the edge as onlookers gasp in fear.
Before she can fall, he grabs her by the shoulder and lowers her towards the window.
The man in the yellow tee also grabs onto the girl and both men hand her to people inside the flat.
The man in yellow looks visibly relieved as the footage ends.
Local media said the girl’s mum had been holding the tot on their fourth-floor balcony.
The infant had slipped from her hands as she reached for a mop and, luckily, had landed on the ledge below.
The little girl was reportedly taken to hospital with minor injuries to her arm and leg.
The police do not suspect foul play.
