The body of a missing woman has been found with a plastic bag over her head in the sea at a popular holiday hotspot.
Belgian couple Laura Trappeniers, 66, and Marc Olbrechts, 71, disappeared from their home in Tenerife last Monday (22 Apr)
The alarm at their home in Callao Salvaje had been tripped and their blue Opel Mokka car was also missing.

Concerned friends of the couple, who did not have any children, went to check on them and found a back door open.
The couple’s keys and phones were still inside and their cat had not been left any food, suggesting they may have been snatched.
The friends reported the ex-pat pair, who had lived in Tenerife for 16 years, as missing last Wednesday (24 Apr).
Fishermen found Laura’s dead body in the sea in the municipality of Arico on Saturday (27 Apr), according to local media.
A plastic bag was placed over the victim’s head and both legs and one hand had been cut off, according to Belgian reports.
Her body was also in an advanced state of decomposition.
The authorities estimate that she had died between two and four days before being found, as reported by Need to Know.
A subsequent autopsy showed that she had died as a result of violence.
Meanwhile, the whereabouts of her partner is still unknown, according to the Spanish Missing Persons Centre (CNDES).
The investigation continues.
