An idiot dad has been convicted of letting his young daughter ride his scooter while he chatted on the phone.
The pair was also caught travelling through a busy city centre without safety helmets on.
Police filmed him in the act.

The man – believed to be a tourist – was seen speeding through Barcelona, Spain, on a green moped.
His young daughter appears to be riding the vehicle while standing on the footrest as he plays with his phone.
Neither of them are wearing motorcycle helmets.
The unnamed man was charged with committing three different traffic offenses at the same time: not wearing a helmet, using a phone while driving, and letting a minor operate the vehicle.
As he was a tourist, the authorities prosecuted him quickly in a Barcelona court.
He received a six-month suspended jail sentence and was banned from driving for a year and one day.
He avoided going to jail as he didn’t have any prior convictions, as reported by Need to Know.
The police released the video to highlight the seriousness of the offences and the danger posed to the minor.
