Another mysterious monolith has popped up out of nowhere.
This time it is in Colorado, US.
It comes just one month after a similar mirrored column sighting in the desert near Las Vegas.
Brooke Williams, manager of the Howling Cow Cafe in Fort Collins, was opening up on the morning of 23 June when she noticed something shining in the distance.

“I was walking into the cafe on Sunday morning enjoying the beautiful landscape when I noticed something on top of a hill,” the 23-year-old told Need To Know.
“I have worked here for three years now and there are always things you pass every day, but don’t see, so I didn’t think twice about it and went on with my morning.
“As we opened a woman came into the cafe with her husband ecstatic and asking about ‘the alien structure’.
“I was confused and had no clue what she was referencing so she showed me a post she’d seen on social media about a monolith.
“She went on to tell me about similar structures that have appeared around the United States and what they were.”
As she spoke to her, it began to dawn on Brooke what she had seen earlier that morning.
She said: “I slipped away to go take a closer look and make sure I was correct about what I saw.
“It was indeed a monolith.”
Over the past few days the cafe has had people from all over the US coming to look at the strange structure on a stretch of land, mostly used by hikers.
Brooke said: “We are not aware of who put it there or where it came from no one has come forward.
“The question is what is this thing? A monolith, sculpture, structure, local art piece or alien?”
The monolith is perched at the top of a hill. Each side is mirrored and reflects the ground below and sky above.
It is about 8 feet tall and 4 feet wide and is bolted to a concrete pad.
Last month, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department shared photos of another other-worldly structure standing tall on the Gass Peak, north of the valley, overlooking the hills.
“We see a lot of weird things when people go hiking like not being prepared for the weather, not bringing enough water… but check this out,” the LVMPD said.
Since 2020, there have been many mysterious structures popping up around the country.
From Utah to California, it’s unclear how they are suddenly appearing – the question is, why?
