A ‘drunk’ nurse has been accused of beating up a security guard in a hospital.
The nurse, identified as Alfonso, allegedly arrived at work in an obvious state of intoxication.
When he entered the changing rooms, the security guard reprimanded him for coming to work, while apparently under the influence.

The guard even told the nurse to leave the hospital grounds immediately.
However, Alfonso exploded in a fit of rage and reportedly attacked his co-worker.
A video shows him lying on top of the guard while repeatedly punching his head in front of shocked hospital staff.
During the altercation, the nurse is heard saying “Die, dog” and “You don’t know who you’re messing with”.
Another guard arrives on the scene and the nurse is eventually calmed down.
The ugly scenes were filmed at the IMSS San José Hospital in Puebla, located southeast of Mexico City, Mexico, on 24 June.
Colleagues said it wasn’t the first time the nurse had shown up to work while under the influence.
They described Alfonso as “argumentative” and someone with “an alcohol problem”.
In a statement, the hospital said they “condemn all acts of violence” and vowed to “carry out a thorough investigation”, as reported by Need To Know.
