Tourists could be heard screaming and seen running for their lives as a tornado ripped through a beach resort.
The twister caused heavy damage, as well as a panicked stampede.
Footage shows how beachgoers legged it towards a pavilion as they sought cover from the lashing rain and wind.

Trees were uprooted and umbrellas and sunbeds were sent flying from the beach, according to reports.
The resort is located on San Pietro Island just off Taranto in Italy’s heel and is managed by the Italian Navy.
The tornado struck on Sunday (4 Aug),
A spokesperson for Kyma Mobilità, which manages transport between the island and the mainland, said: “Violent gusts of wind caused significant damage to the infrastructure of the Navy’s facility on San Pietro Island.
“As a result, the facility will remain closed to the public until the Armed Forces complete the necessary repairs to restore safe conditions.”
Local media added that the ferry service between Taranto and San Pietro Island had been suspended until further notice.
Other areas affected by Sunday’s adverse weather include Ginosa Marina and Castellaneta Marina, as reported by Need To Know.
Underpasses were flooded, trees and utility poles were felled, and cars and houses were damaged.
The fire brigade received dozens of calls for help, but, fortunately, no injuries were reported.
