Two tourists were left seriously injured after the rope snapped whilst they were parasailing.
The pair crashed into the sea before being dragged onto the shore.
In a horror video filmed from the boat, witnesses could be heard screaming in terror.

The parachute was hit by strong winds causing the two people to violently rock from side to side.
Both remained attached to the parachute when the rope was ripped away from the boat, causing them to catapult backward through the air.
People on board the boat panicked as the two tourists hit the water.
The boat attempted to speed towards them but the high winds dragged the parachute further away across the water.
Another boat made its way to the duo in an attempt to rescue them but was unable to reach them in time.
The two people were sent flying through the air after colliding with a building right on the coastline.
In the clip, a woman can be heard screaming as the parachute becomes tangled up in the building.
One of the tourists can be seen struggling on the ground after the horror accident.
It happened on the Colombian island of San Andrés on Saturday (4 Jan).
Due to the severe impact of the collision the two tourists suffered serious injuries, as reported by Need To Know.
It is thought that the extreme weather conditions lead to the water sport becoming dangerous.
Local authorities have not yet shared an official statement regarding the status of those involved.
Witnesses have however indicated that the two people received emergency care right after the accident.
Residents and tourists have been left concerned following the event and have demanded that there be more control over aquatic activities.
